  • You must be able to prove that you can legally work in the United States.
  • You must have at least two years of recent domestic experience in the United States.
  • You must have references in childcare, preferably those who can attest to your performance during the past two years. Elite Nanny Services verifies each reference by telephone.
  • You must be fluent in English.
  • If you are applying for a live-out position, you must have reliable transportation.
  • You must be CPR and First Aid certified.

Families: Thank you for considering Elite Nanny Services to assist you in your search for a nanny.  We are committed to finding the most qualified candidates for your childcare needs.  In order to understand your needs and learn everything we can about your family and household, we will visit with you in your home environment.  Consulting with you assists us in finding the most suitable nanny. Our nannies are chosen based on experience, strong work ethic, loyalty and stability. To recruit applicants, Elite Nanny Services strategically places advertisements and reviews referrals endorsed by other clients and applicants. After completing a thorough questionnaire, each applicant is interviewed by our placement specialist.  If the applicant meets our strict requirements, we then do a detailed reference and background check, and the results are transcribed for you.
